6-month private coaching program for serious skaters who need help to establish a plan of action to overcome obstacles.

Elite Mind-Body Performance

6-month program designed for Senior National and International Competitors. Competition readiness is large part of this program.

Performance Pods

Participation in this 16-week introductory mental training program will teach you the basics of how the mind impacts your performance on the ice. Together, with 4 other skaters, we will focus on developing skills to eliminate self-doubt and increase confidence, control competition nerves, and overcoming perfectionism. During the 30 minute online calls, there will be teaching, group work and discussion, creating an interactive experience that is fun and hands-on.

Whether you are outgoing or not, there is never any pressure to share. Most skaters are surprised how quickly they become comfortable in the group and seize the opportunity to talk about their experiences pretty early on. One of the biggest assets of a small group is learning from one another! You see that you are not alone in your struggles and are motivated to do the work because you have others to be accountable to.

Siobhan is 11 years old and really loved being part of a Performance Pod.  She enjoyed connecting with the other skaters and sharing experiences. The tools used by Rebekah have helped Siobhan to focus and be more confident.   

For example, at a recent skating club show she skated her program in front of a full house and performed with confidence, including nailing the spin that gives her issues, but most of all had fun.

She is looking forward to joining a Pod again once her competitive dance season is over. The tools she learned are applicable to skating, dance and life in general. Excellent resource.

Mind-Body Performance

The Mind-Body Performance mental training program is a 6-month commitment and is for skaters at all levels. Participation in private coaching allows us to focus on your specific struggles and establish a plan of action to overcome them quick and efficiently.

The focus of each call is completely determined by YOU and centers around what you need right now. You will learn skills that will change how you practice and perform. 30-minute calls help you develop the skills to eliminate self-doubt, control competition nerves, achieve practice and performance goals, build confidence, overcome perfectionism.

Rebekah Dixon is amazing! Rebekah’s calm nature, along with her professional expertise in combination with her figure skating knowledge, brings a wealth of wisdom to a skater. It has been invaluable to have Rebekah in Amy’s life. A truly wise perspective with guidance through challenges, and nurturing a plan of action for continued mind development, and strategies in working through difficulties.

Elite Mind-Body Performance

The Elite Mind-Body Performance mental training program is a 6-month program designed for Senior National and International Competitors. Participation in private coaching allows us to focus on your specific struggles and establish a quick plan of action to overcome them efficiently. The focus of each call is completely determined by YOU and centers around what you need right now. Online sessions run up to 60 minutes and develop your skills to eliminate self-doubt, control competition nerves, achieve practice and performance goals, build confidence, and overcoming perfectionism.

Competition readiness is a large part of this program. I provide unlimited correspondence via text, phone or messenger during competitions to re-adjust your mindset, align your nerves and set you up for success!

I really enjoyed working with Rebekah as I prepared for this Olympic season, which would also be my final year of competition. She understands the sport of figure skating and she was able to help me conquer some mental challenges that I was struggling with. Whenever I needed her, she was available and willing to help, which made the process very easy.

Thanks to Rebekah, we were able to dig deep and rebuild my mindset and I was able to go to the Olympics with my strongest mental game and succeed in winning a bronze and gold medal.
